For a person who has benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) involving the lateral canal (also called the horizontal canal) on the right side, whose eye movements are characterized as “apogeotropic,” the relevant treatment maneuvers include the Gufoni/Appiani maneuver (apogeotropic variant) for the right side, or the Zuma maneuver (apogeotropic variant) for the right side.
